Sheriff's Reports 9-23-24: Topless woman allegedly defecates in front of deputy

A woman was arrested after a deputy found her relieving herself in public.

On Sept. 20, Cherokee County Sheriff's Deputy Jimmie Robertson was dispatched to North 505 Road and North 510 Road Sept. 20 due to a woman who was allegedly acting "erratic" and topless. The deputy observed Felicia Cochran defecating on the ground. The woman told Robertson she had to relieve herself and the deputy said there were plenty of trees and bushes she could have stepped behind to do so. Cochran allegedly said a koala bear tried to tear off her shirt. Robertson asked the woman when she last used methamphetamine and she said it was a week prior. Cochran was arrested after a field sobriety test and booked for public intoxication and outraging public decency.

Deputy Jaxon Thomlinson was patrolling the area of the Cherokee Nation Casino Sept. 22 when he observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign and turn onto the road without signaling. Thomlinson conducted a traffic stop and met with the driver, Gabrielle Rollice, who appeared to be under the influence. Rollice said she consumed one alcoholic beverage four hours before the traffic stop. Rollice was arrested after a field sobriety test and booked for driving under the influence.

On Sept. 20, Deputy Thomlinson was patrolling the area of State Highway 82 and Park Hill Road when he observed a vehicle driving into oncoming traffic and driving on the shoulder. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and met with the driver, Jose Gutierrez. Thomlinson could smell the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. The driver was asked two times if he consumed alcohol and he said he didn't. Gutierrez was arrested after a field sobriety test for suspicion of driving under the influence. Two passengers, Jose Romero and Jose Ricarto, were arrested for public intoxication. The third passenger, Alfreedo Herntez, was found supposedly hiding under the vehicle. Herntez tried fleeing from deputies as they were trying to arrest him and a struggle ensued. All four men were transported to jail and booked.
