On March 17, Tahlequah Police Officer Qua'shon Leathers was called to a roundabout after a man was found asleep with his head in a drainage sewer. Allen James appeared intoxicated and admitted to consuming alcohol. James was arrested and booked for public drunkenness.
Officers resonded to South College Avenue March 21 for a domestic assault incident. The victim had a cut to his cheek, bruising under his eye, and possibly a broken finger. Elizabeth Linvick was arrested and booked for domestic assault and battery.
Officer Reed Felts was dispatched to South Bluff Avenue March 12 due to juveniles who were possibly fighting. One of the juveniles was accused of swinging a skateboard at another, while another juvenile said he struck one of them with a Taser to prevent the fighting.
On March 9, Sgt. Michell Sellers responded to Norris Park because a fight reportedly broke out between two women after they left church.
Officer Jayce Luna was dispatched to the Cherokee History Museum March 16 due to an individual who was allegedly yelling threats to the security officer.
On March 17, a resident reported that two motorcyclists permormed dangerous maneuvers on Goingsnake Street. Additionally, the resident said the motorcyclists followed him home and repeatedly drove past his house for several days.
Lt. Matt Frits responded to Del Rancho March 17 after a vehicle struck a drive-thru speaker before fleeing. Officers were able to identify a suspect and a warrant was requested for leaving the scene of an accident involving damage.
On March 18, Sgt. Sellers was dispatched to Walmart for a case that needed to be turned over. Employees said a man was arrested March 8 for shoplifting. The man supposedly stole $6,500 worth of items from the store. A warrant request was sent to the District Attorney's Office for grand larceny.
Officer Leathers responded to West Willis Road March 18 for reports of a vandalism to a vehicle. A woman said a man damaged the rear window to her vehicle during a verbal altercation.
A woman called police March 17 to report her daughter missing. She said her daughter didn't come home from work but her vehicle was parked at the business the next morning.
On March 18, a man reported that his ex-girlfriend paid her credit card bill using funds from his savings account.
A woman said she was grocery shopping at Reasor's March 18 when she was confronted by an individual who made verbal threats.
Desiree Gallup was arrested March 15 after officers were dispatched to East Downing Street for a domestic incident.
On March 19, a man filed a report regarding him getting fired from a local business and not receiving his last check.
A man said his mailbox was damaged March 19 by a construction vehicle. The Tahlequah Street Department provided the man with a temporary mailbox.
A man accused another man of blackmailing him on March 19.
These are arrests, not convictions.
